Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Acuity FM, Inc. ("Acuity FM," "we," "us") runs the website at acuityfm.ai. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the website only. If your organization becomes an Acuity FM client, the data we handle for that engagement is governed by our agreement with your organization.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Subscribing to updates. When you sign up to follow our progress or receive insights, we collect your email address and, on some forms, your name and company.
  • Booking an assessment. Our scheduling tool, Calendly, collects your name, email address and any answers you give to booking questions.
  • Contacting us. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data. Our hosting platform records which pages you visit, how long you stay, the referring site, your device type, operating system and approximate location (country or city level).
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our site and its service providers receive your IP address and browser information when pages, fonts and images load.

Our savings and diagnostic calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. The site is intended for business professionals.

Cookies and analytics

Our site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or ad pixels. Our hosting platform uses browser storage to group page views into a single visit and keeps visit-level analytics for 60 days. Calendly and Google may set their own cookies when their services load. You can block or clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep assessment and contact information for as long as needed to follow up and manage the relationship, then delete it. Site analytics are kept for 60 days. Our hosting provider keeps server logs, which include IP addresses, under its own retention schedule.
